Endress+Hauser – a family company

Our corporate culture is still heavily influenced by the shareholder family. Klaus Endress, one of the founder’s sons, led the Group for many years. Today he is President of the Supervisory Board. The family charter has governed the relationship between the family and the company for more than ten years. Established institutions strengthen this solidarity and introduce the young family members to Endress+Hauser. A first member of the third generation has already assumed management responsibility in the company.
